Dear charset experts, I'm glad to anounce that the W3C is hosting a hypertext archive for this list. The archive can be found at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/ietf-charsets/. It was created from Ned's ftp-able archival file, and goes back to May 1993! With kind regards, Martin.
