Coloumn 2 could also be described as the ISO/IEC 10646 canonical code.
Maybe say "ISO/IEC 10646/Unicode"

Hmm, coloumn 3 is a name that is referenced in rfc 1345, but it is more
correctly described as the ISO/IEC 10646 or ISO/IEC 4873 long 
character name., as RFC 1345 took these names from these sources.
