I don't have strong feelings either way, I just thought it would be helpful
to
warn people that RFC 1345 is wrong.  I guess other people on ietf-charsets
can
express their opinions.

But have you fixed the typo in the alias name, which should be KOI8-E and
not
KO18-E?
