Hi Amanda,

Thanks - I reviewed the plaintext IANA Charset Registry
and corresponding IANA Charset MIB updates.

One small suggestion - these recent registrations were
placed out-of-order (according to their MIBenum) at
the _end_ of the IANA Charset Registry - which makes
them rather harder to find, given the comments at the
top of the registry file - I'd suggest correcting
this the next time you add new registrations.
