These pages are nice (only "MSLU" is apparently broken), but I
find no plain text table with the facts.  Could you please add

Please check these tables, they claim that 0x81, 0x8D, 0x8F,
0x90, and 0x9D are "undefined" in "cp1252", maybe that should
be u+0081 etc. for windows-1252 (?)

At the moment the IANA entry does not mention "cp1252" as an
alias for windows-1252, maybe you like to add it.
