Re: [IANA #1119825] ISO-IR links are obsolete in Character Setsregistry

Hello Sabrina,

I have sent the mail below to the ietf-charsets list about a week ago,
but didn't get any replies.

I therefore suggest that we make sure we don't have any broken links,
but we don't do any additional work that nobody may be interested in
very much. So please replace all the links for the ISO-IR registrations
with links to
https://www.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/itscj_english/iso-ir/ISO-IR.pdf

I hope you can do that easily with some global replacement operation.

Please get back to me if you need any more help or advice, or have any
additional questions.

Regards, Martin.

I didn't get any replies to this mail. If I have missed any, please tell
me. Given the interest in these registrations seems fairly low, I'm
thinking about just using the
https://www.itscj.ipsj.or.jp/itscj_english/iso-ir/ISO-IR.pdf link
throughout, which is the easiest way to fix the link problem and point
people to the information they may need.
